Our one on one sessions are typically run for an hour long. During these sessions, our expert coaches are able to give you incredible attention to teach you proper queues, lifting mechanics, and design a custom training plan that works for each individual.  One on one training is direct and to the point of getting to know your “WHY.” Here at LaRocca Fitness, we care about your goals just as much as you do; we pair you with one of our expert coaches that will help you reach your fitness goals. We also offer 1 on 1 Virtual Training so you can work out with us from your home.

Our semi private training is perfect for hitting your goals with friends, family members, or even a new gym buddy. Our trainers are all nationally accredited as well as certified in different specialties, ex: boxing, athletic training, fat loss, body building, nutrition etc. Our coaches will help you achieve measurable results through a scientific approach as you master the skills you need to reach your goals. Small group Virtual Training is also available.
